Changes to our cancellation policy


We understand that in these times of uncertainty, we all wish for greater flexibility in planning our trips. We hear you and have made changes to our cancellation policy. Previously, our cancellation policy was strict and guests could only get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking. Now, we’ve temporarily changed our policy to be flexible.


Guests who booked with us will have free cancellation (full refund) until 7 days before check-in.


*** If booked less than 7 days before check-in, free cancellation up to 48 hours after booking, up to 3 days before check-in.


*** 50% refund if cancellations are made at least 3 days before check-in.


*** No refund for cancellations made within 3 days of check-in.


If guests becomes sick, affected by Covid-19, or have been in contact with someone who tested positive for Covid-19, 3 days before their check-in, we will encourage the guests to stay home or receive treatment from their nearby clinics or hospitals. We will help them postpone their trip or cancel and refund them in full, so that they can focus on recovery.
