1. Bookings made using a Staycation Pass do not include cleaning fees, service fees, or taxes. However, the standard cleaning fee must still be added to the Guesty folio, as this cost will be covered by Tiny Away and paid to the land host. 

2. LONG STAY BOOKINGS - Mid-stay cleaning fees are not charged to guests booking with a Staycation Pass. For long-stay reservations, manually update the Guesty folio to include the applicable mid-stay cleaning fee amount, which will be covered by Tiny Away.
