How to cancel?
You can cancel a reservation at any time before or during your trip. To cancel a reservation:
- Login and go to Bookings and find the trip you want to cancel
- Click Details
- Click Cancel
You'll be taken to a new page where you can input the cancellation reason. Click Submit if you wish to cancel. Please remember to check the cancellation policy for your booking before you cancel.
